About us
The Student Administration and Information Office handles administration regarding the Open Entrance program, our Master of Science in Engineering programs and finally our Master programs within the School of Engineering Sciences. The main objective is to ensure that the students are succesful in their studies; this is realized through service, planning, coordination, assessments and follow-ups.
Reception
The reception at the Student Administration and Information Office is the primary service point for the students in the programs. Here certificates regarding the studies can be obtained, as well as forms and other information. The reception and its manager handle most questions and can be reached by phone, e-mail or visits during the opening hours.

Student counsellors
The student counsellors provide the students with information and advice throughout their programme. They are responsible for much of the administration concerning their programme and its students and also take part in recruitment and information about the programme. The cousellors are available for individual meetings by appointment.
International coordinators
The international coordinators administer exchange studies for both incoming and outgoing students. Study plans, learning agreements, applications, interviews, selections and admission are their main responsibilities, as well as maintenance of agreements and communication with other univiersities.
Faculty advisers
The faculty advisers provide information regarding structure and content of the programmes. They also administer course selections, credit transfers and meetings concerning their programme.
